K. Woods Counseling is looking for a therapist who can think critically, tolerate complexity, and see beyond a diagnosis or treatment plan. We're a progressive practice that values curiosity, authenticity, and creating space for people to explore who they are, what they want, and how they want to live and connect with others.

What we're looking for:
We're especially interested in therapists who enjoy working with adults experiencing things like:
Anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and rumination
Relationship and dating concerns
Sexuality and intimacy
Life transitions and questions of identity or meaning
ADHD and executive functioning
Social anxiety and self-esteem
People who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what they want
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, or a related mental-health field
Current Tennessee clinical license or appropriate pre-licensed status with the ability to practice under supervision
Ability to maintain appropriate clinical documentation and ethical standards
Commitment to providing affirming, culturally responsive care
